The experienced Certified Appraisers at Woof Appraisal Group have been in the real estate business since 1981 serving the Dauphin, Cumberland and York counties. We are a full service appraisal firm performing quality appraisals for individuals, banks, mortgage companies, assesments, eminent domain cases, attorneys, and others. The type of properties we appraise are single family homes, duplexes, apartments, condominiums, land, commercial, and industrial.

We cover a majority of Dauphin, Cumberland counties and all of York county. In some cases we will venture further into the rest of central PA. Average turn-around time is 3-5 days. |
